I contacted Melksham Homecare about 3 weeks before I was due to undergo a total hip replacement operation. Together they worked with me to put in place a care package that would help support my recovery on the day of discharge from Hospital. From the beginning we didn’t know how much I would be able to do myself and how much support I would need. The Team that looked after me were amazing and so supportive together we found it easy to put a routine in place from Day 1 which continued for 10 days until My Family could take over.
